We've heard from our customers complaing one web site who claims "Omni speakers from 1966" that he owns the pattent of omni speakers and trademark of "omnispeakers" and bad mouth about us.

Please read below to get the records straight.

Omni speakers AKA Paramount Omnispeakers was invented by Amel L. Hill in Florida while he worked for Paramont Pictures. The patnent was granted to him on May 23,1988. Click here for his patent. Since then the patent expired and there are seveal factories produce the speakers base on this classic design. That company said they own the patent is either lying or misleading customers.

Also that company claims he owns the trade mark of "omnispeakers", once again he is not telling the truth, please look at right to see the trademark of "omni speakers". It is Viacom - Paramount Picutre who owns the trademark.
